Elegance Interiors is a trading name of Dull Industries Ltd. If you change your mind about something you have bought from us, you can cancel your order and return it for a refund.

Your 14 day right to cancel

You have 14 days to cancel, starting the day after your order is delivered. If your order arrives in more than one delivery, the 14 days start the day after the last item arrives.

To cancel, tell us clearly within that time, by email to contact@dull.industries or by sending us the cancellation form below. You then have a further 14 days from the day you tell us to send the item back to us.

Return postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending it back. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the cost of the return.

Large furniture cannot be sent back by ordinary post. Please contact us before returning furniture and we will arrange collection and confirm the cost with you.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or within 14 days of you giving us proof that you have sent it, whichever is sooner. We refund to your original payment method, including any delivery charge you paid for your order. Our standard delivery is free, so there is normally none.

You are welcome to handle an item as you would in a shop to see what it is like. If it has been used or handled more than that, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.

Items that cannot be returned for a change of mind

Items made or personalised to your specification, and sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

Faulty or damaged items

None of this affects your statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. After that you are entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that does not put things right, a refund or a price reduction. Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem.
