Inspired by the simple, functional lamps of the early 20th-century Industrial Revolution, this cage wall light from Elegance Interiors pairs bright, warm light with a sophisticated retro look. The cage is given a rustic finish using a special technique, so it looks aged and classic straight from the box, while the all-metal holder makes the fitting stable and satisfyingly solid.
The industrial cage protects the bulb and throws light out attractively, and the tiered wall mount hides excess wiring and the electrical box for a tidy finish. It is ideal for dining rooms, living rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, reading rooms, corridors, hallways, foyers, basements and lofts, and it is just as effective in cafés, bars, farmhouses, restaurants, clubs and libraries. A vintage filament bulb inside the cage gives a wonderfully warm, characterful glow.
The light takes a standard E27 bulb up to 60W and is compatible with incandescent, CFL and LED bulbs. It runs on 110V to 250V, is rated IP20 for indoor use and is CE and RoHS certified. The wall base measures 11.5cm across. You can choose whether to order it with or without a bulb. As a hard-wired fitting, it should be installed by a qualified electrician. Fit several along a wall for a coordinated industrial look throughout your space.
