Bring a burst of colour and retro personality to your ceiling with this spider pendant from Elegance Interiors. Bright yellow metal cone shades hang from braided cables, each measuring 22cm across and 10cm tall, giving a cheerful mid-century twist to the classic industrial spider light. It is a bold, joyful piece that lifts plain white ceilings and adds instant character to a room.
Available in six different configurations, from a single light to multi-arm clusters, the fitting can be scaled to suit anything from a small kitchen to a large open-plan dining area. Each arm runs on a 2m cable with pulley parts, so you can drape the shades outwards and set them at the height you want. It suits kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms and hallways, as well as cafés, bars and clubs.
Made from metal and PVC, the light is designed for 110V to 250V mains, takes E27 bulbs, which are included, and comes with a three-year guarantee. It pairs particularly well with vintage filament bulbs, which glow warmly beneath the yellow shades. As a hard-wired ceiling fitting, installation by a qualified electrician is recommended, ideally once your order has arrived in satisfactory condition. It is a guaranteed conversation starter.
